Just picked up my deer meat yesterday and couldn’t wait to try it. I brought a package of the jalapeno/cheese summer sausage to work and passed it around. People who didn’t even like deer before raved at the taste. I have had several comments of where I had it processed and if I would bring in some more… I found Flemings last year and was pleased, this year has been even better.
